It isn’t the flats which should determine the skirt, but the legs which must emerge from beneath it, and the torso above. In other words, the wheels must suit the entire “package”.
@stanleybmanly – I get what you are saying but the skirts are what I am asking about-the overall silhouette is what I am interested in.
Pencil just above the knee, classy, smart & casual.
@josie -I wonder why they wouldn’t put shoes on the model? After all, they are trying to sell something, aren’t they?
I don’t know. Marketing.
I recommend anything on the bottom row
@ucme – I am walking with a pronounced limp so heels aren’t an option.
It’s a dressy occasion and I do have a dress cane. XD
I personally like pencil skirts and have dresses with that shape, so I might go with that.
Flats=casual so just say “No” to pencil dresses. Plus, pencil dresses are not flattering for most women.
I’d go with a long, loose maxi dress. Maybe not all the way to the floor kind of maxi, but at least half way down the calf.
@ucme -I’m not gonna do it. LOL!
...and I do :)
@ucme – You would not be wrong to think that. XD
This is an ignorant male answering – but doesn’t the choice of skirt have some relation to the shape of the body?
Some butts shouldn’t wear short skirts, I would think.
@elbanditoroso – IMO, yes. Then again, I have seen some larger women that have worn things that I personally wouldn’t have chosen.I do admire confidence though, much more that I would have a problem with someone’s choice of clothing.
I am in good shape and could wear something short but have aged myself out of that option. :)So there is that.Lol!
I don’t know that it’s confidence as much as being self delusional. I’m sure all these folks think they’re looking fly.
