I second tomatoes.
Gosh….I don’t know.
I can now have M&Ms and ice cream for dinner. I assure you I could not do that as a child.
Rick makes jalepeno poppers. I don’t think I’d have eaten them as a kid.
Indian food and other very spicy foods. When I was little, I thought it was disgusting.
I can’t think of any foods that I can eat now that I could not as a child. There are, however, foods that I could eat as a child that I have difficulty with now. I avoid beef and now have trouble with eating steaks. I have also cut back on sweets and can only eat a small piece of cake, any more being sickeningly sweet.
I hated brussel sprouts when I was a kid. I love them now.
I was allergic to milk as a baby/toddler and had to drink soybean nastiness. I’m no longer allergic, but never drink it as I never developed a taste for it.
Onions, black olives, & broccoli. I now LOVE onions & black olives & I eat broccoli because it’s supposed to be good for us!!!
Pasta sauce! When I was little it REPULSED ME! My dad would just put butter and parmesan over my noodles. I like it now in small amounts and not like ragu or prego but good sauce.
I still find extra pizza sauce disgusting though. I usually scrape most of it off. :D

I ate anything I do now as a kid although I now can’t eat some things I did when I was young. I don’t eat candy or chew bubblegum.
Most green veggies, Sauerkraut, liver smothered in onions, enchiladas…There’s more, just can’t remember…

I used to make a chicken, Velveeta and rice casserole when the kids were little. I remember it being really good. I made it a few weeks ago for the first time in decades. It was not very good. It was really bland….because I was cooking for children in those days.
