Is there anything in the news (Nov.4,2019) regarding drinking and driving laws?

Someone was saying but don’t rejoice if you drive while drunk or something like that.

There was an article in yesterday’s New York Times about breathalyzers being inaccurate and overstating blood alcohol content.

Also, the State of Utah recently lowered the standard for impaired driving to 0.05% blood alcohol, while the rest of the US stays at 0.08%.
