Brian Wells, was he a victim or a co-conspirator?
In the odd death of Brian Wells, the pizza deliveryman who robbed a bank while a bomb was attached around his neck, the question of whether he was a co-conspirator or a victim arises. He took a call to deliver two pizzas to a given address. When he arrived to this address, the specific detailsare unknown, but at some point a bomb collar was attached to his neck, and he was sent with instructions to complete a scavenger hunt and upon completion, would be released from the said collar. He was intercepted by the police. He would meet his demise waiting on the bomb squad.
Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong named him as a conspirator, however, she knew that if she did this, she couldn’t be given the death penalty.
Jessica Hoopsick, a prostitute that had dealings with Wells, also stated that he didn’t really know much about the plot and was tricked into it.
