Ever thinth he wath born in thikthythikth.
Mr Tython, if you read thith, I’m only joking, theriouthly…
I think he’s pretty much always been lispy.
It’s not a injury related thing.
I will say, that “Iron Mike,” was one of the baddest men, to ever walk the Earth.
I am an expert in boxing. A lot of my learning came from his career. I’m pretty tall, and strong. But his style has gotten me out of trouble with much bigger guys. I once fought a man who was easily 7 ft tall (as a bouncer.) It was a short, blowout. I used his skillset many times. Keeping my head tucked tight into my chest, and using my shoulders, to defend punches.
If you don’t respect Mike, you don’t know much about self defense. He won the Olympic gold, in 19 seconds!...
^Don’t get on my boy Patty:)
Tell ya what. Go to YouTube, and watch his greatest knockouts. Then come talk shit… He was an expert boxer, and he was a giant killer. He fought in a weight class, and an era, that had some of the baddest fighters. He put them down, like a seal clubber… But also helped them up…
I remember when he started out, said he wanted to drive his opponents jawbone into their brain, he did have a fantastic upper cut :D
Helluva fighter though, very knowledgeable on the art of boxing too, shame it went tits up for him in the end.
^Well. He. Lost his mentor, got involved with the wrong girl, got a new/terrible mentor, and started smoking crack…. He was actually on crack, when he bit Hollyfieild’s ear off…
It was a shame….
Yeah, Cus D’amato was like a father figure to young Mike, his passing hit him hard.
Don King was nothing but a greedy crook, took him to places he never shoulda gone.
The Buster Douglas fight for example, should never have touched that with a barge pole, all about greasing King’s cash cow.
@MrGrimm888 Was that the girl he raped, or the girl he physically abused?
^No. He picked a girl from a famous story…
@ucme . You surprised me with your knowledge of Tyson. Well done sir…
@MrGrimm888 One thing I have is an encyclopaedic knowledge on sports, hardly get the chance to show here, barely any sport related questions & even this one was just taking the piss out of his voice.
@ucme
What is Kazuyoshi Funaki’s all time record?
@ragingloli Ahh, the Japanese ski jumper who pioneered the “V” shape.
He won 2 golds & a silver at the Nagano Olympics in 98.
In regards to @ucme . He seems to have a grasp on it. It’s a long, and tragic tail. I give him mad skillpioints, for knowing what he does.
