Stomach, side , back or rotisserie style? I turn around all night so I choose rotisserie.

Bit of everything for me.
Start off on my stomach with right arm under pillow & left leg bent at the knee.
After just a few minutes I turn & place my right arm again under pillow with my right knee bent.

I’m fast asleep in that position but am vaguely aware of being on my back with both arms across my chest.

Now that’s what I call a full & frank answer.

I used to be a side sleeper…that is until I bought a new mattress & rolled off the bed twice. Since then, I’ve forced myself to become a back sleeper…less chance of rolling off the bed!!!

I always fall asleep on my right side (right arm under the pillow, left holding the covers) but I often wake up on my back.

I sleep with @rebbel – oops, I meant like @rebbel!

Side with my back at the edge of the bed. To change sides I walk around the bed rather than climbing across my pillow island in the middle of the bed.

Side to side always making sure my left arm doesn’t bend too much.

I fall asleep on my side.
Once I’m actually asleep, I apparently turn into a contortionist unconsciously because each and everyday I wake up with a sore limb. Mainly a sore neck.

I have to go with rotisserie style. The bedding looks like a tornado hit it when I get up.
