Are there pearl necklace extenders for a choker with a filigree type closure?

I have seen them for lobster or fish hook closures but not the filigree type.
Do you know of a source?

I don’t know how tightly seated it is. Could you untie the end of the closure, add a length of cord strand, then reattach the closure?
