It was around my tenth year.
She was a cartoon character.
She was in story in a cartoon magazine, named, the Donald Duck.
So she was/is (most likely) a Disney character.
In my memory she wore a tight costume, possibly purple of color.
She had black (short?) hair, and a black mask that only covered her eyes region (picture a sleeping mask with holes for the eyes).
I’m not sure if she was ‘good’ or ‘bad’.
I think I was in love.
(Coincidence or not, both girls that I had/have a relationship with had short black hair and a dark complexion).
Who was she?
(We talk around 1977 here).

No luck. I seem to hit a dead end at “mask.”
Human, poultry, or other?
Super-heroine type or a funny comic like Donald or something else?
Miss Fury?
So not Daisy Duck? Maybe an episode with a mask?
I’m looking through here
Pandy Pap? I can’t find a picture of her to seen what she looks like.
No Duck.
No Oona.
More ‘human’.
I think she had female shapes.
More super hero than villain.
Miss Fury has something going for her, but I don’t think she’s a Disney character.
You can’t choose who you fall in love with. That would be great.
It’s an interesting issue.
You confront the individual, or suffer the consequences.
It takes courage, and the understanding of denial. The denial, can crippling, but you have to be a man, and accept it. It ain’t easy, and can more than you think you are capable of.
But it can be done….
He is talking about a fictional cartoon character from when when he was 10 @MrGrimm888.

Unless I missed someone in this list of Disney Micky Mouse Universe comic book characters , I don’t think she’s in there. Disney made so much stuff though, and it sounds like it was a superhero type adventure story, so maybe hard to find. I looked for a comic character database but didn’t see one that allows searching by character attributes, unfortunately.
I did learn that Goofy had a human girlfriend (. . .) but she seems to always be blonde.
You’re sure it was in “the Donald Duck” magazine? or “Donald Duck” comic book? Do you remember if Donald-like characters were in it or if it was a different sort of story?

My first love was an actual human boy named Chris. I was in 3rd grade. We were best friends.
Dutch. I was talking about my first love. Not a fictional character…
