Scariest horror movie villain?
Who is your most feared horror movie villain? My vote goes to Michael Myers. I’m sorry, but if I looked out my window and saw that guy staring up at my house, I think I’d have to change my pants.

The worst horror movie I ever saw, was NIXON
It’s truly frightening to think that someone that horrible, actually existed during my lifetime.
I still have nightmares about him, and his administration.
I’ll get back to you about my FICTIONAL choice, later on…

hillary clinton, and Freddy Kruger.
I’m going to go with Lechter from Silence of the Lambs and also the creepy guy from that movie Manhunter. Yikes.
How about THE BLOB or THE BLOB?
After seeing the 1958 version (when I was 9), I avoided Jell-O for the next 17 years.

Jigsaw from the Saw movies.
Creepyyyyyy.
Hold it let me tell it like it was, I SCARED WRESTLE, when he saw the movie he was scared, but that night when he went to sleep, I snuck in an Started a Chainsaw, when he heard the sound he literally jump out the first story window and ran like hell….bwahahahhaha, it was classic.
And he’s suppose to be an evil vampire, figures….

Darknymph, I hope you made a video of what you did.
I’d pay good money for a copy…
By the way, are you by any chance a fan of RUTH REVSON?

poofandmook, please provide a LINK to the “chatroom,” of which you are referring.

Chuckie freaks me out. I’ve been scared of him ever since I was a kid.
Also, I know this isn’t a movie murderer or anything, but ventriloquist dummies creep me out too. I’m too scared to watch that movie Dead Silence.
Allie, how about MAGIC?

I just looked at the link.. hell no. I definitely do not like ventriloquist dummies. I’d have nightmares forever.
I didn’t like the doll in the Saw movies either. Especially when he was biking around on that toy bike. Gave me the shivers.
Well, at least we know what NOT to get you, for Xmas this year.

Yeah, that doll on the bike in Saw was creepy as hell too.
You know, I’m really surprised that no one has given at least an “honorable mention” to the Wicked Witch of the West in the 1939 classic, The Wizard of Oz.
The very first time I saw that was on its first-ever TV airing in 1956 (Wisconsin) and I was around 6 years old then, and totally terrified of her.
To this day, she reminds me of my first wife’s mother, who was awarded the MEDDLE of Honor.

Freddy Kruger. You can run away or try to fight back when it comes to other horror movie villains. But Freddy attacks in dreams where there aren’t any rules. And you can’t stay awake forever. He’s definitely the scariest to me.
What about the alien in Alien? A set of teeth that CONTAIN a set of teeth? C’mon!
Freddy Kruger. Definately.
For all the reasons MacBean said
How about Robert De Niro as David Callaway in Hide and Seek. He didn’t even know he was the bad guy. Imagine how the little girl felt. Now that’s scary!
OH! Or better yet, The Strangers. They didn’t even have a reason to do what they did AND they were just regular people who, apparently, did it on several occasions, just for fun!
…I hate scary movies.
Interesting that no one has mentioned SATAN
I wonder who will be the first one on this thread, to mention him?
August 31, 2008, 11:10 AM EDT
Hey I repsect him, I can even kick his ass.
You couldn’t even beat me in a fight.
Satan isn’t that scary if you know the right “people”.
Anton Chigurh. The squeal of that shotgun rang in my ears for weeks.
I agree with Michael Myers. How he just stands there and watches through the window…... shudders. Out of all the horror movies I’ve ever watched, he’s the only one I’m afraid of. I don’t like to go outside by myself in the dark because of him.
the joker in the dark knight was creepyy.
but i absolutely lovedddd his character.
he was amazing.
notice i said was.
but thanks for breaking my heart again.
oooooh I’m sorry, I’ll make it up to you.
Hey the PPV unforgiven is today! oh yeah forgiveness accepted. ;)

Soooo.. can we maybe focus on the question, please?
Right, Mines is freddy kreuger.
@ Darknymph – I totally agree
i think she means freddy.
@ dollfacee – indeed I do
not as much as we’d like to do.
Sad day when I feel the need to stop following my own question.
No kidding, poof.
Just to let everyone know, there is a PM feature.
@ Poofandmook and Allie – Sorry, your right.
While I do think some side line trains of thought are fine, an over abundance is troublesome. I do need to work on respecting the questions more. Or, at least answer along with my jokes.
I have another villain, agent smith from the matrix. he can take out anyone that anyone can see.
The guy from brave heart.
It’s a fight between Jason, the puppets from Puppetmaster, and the blob.
Close one here. I would say it would either be Michael Myers of “Halloween” fame or the killer from “The Town that Dreaded Sundown” ... Both of these guys terrifield me during childhood. Particularly that Phantom killer that wore the white hood. Spooky stuff to me as an eleven year old boy.
