What does it mean to be mild-mannered?

Don’t easily get angry. You just kind of take things as they come. No worries. My son is really mild mannered. Until you piss him off. >_<

@Dutchess_III Yeah, that’s how my husband is. He rarely gets mad at anything and his favorite line is ‘everything will work out’.... I’m like pulling my hair, going ‘how’....he’s smiling like the Mona Lisa in perfect calm…drives me crazy. haha!

So then you bust your ass fixing the problem while he scratches his butt.
Then he says, “See? I told you it would work out.”

@Dutchess_III Wow, it’s like you watch us argue…exactly! I make things happen with a plan, hard work, etc…., he waits for karma to hand them to us on a silver platter.

It means

A. Being indifferent to the petty emotionalism that directs many people’s behavior
Or
B. Being able to appear to be indifferent while suppressing the urge to kill
