It’s sort of like saying you should never have to go to work the day after your day off.

But now that you brought it up, I going to drag myself to the gym. Prior to your post I was telling myself that my knees hurt so bad it would be best to give them a rest.

Shame is a powerful motivator.

I’m still searching for that quote that says…“give up now because you will never get it all done.”
