One of those times when your day couldn’t have gone any better & you feel a bounce in your step, however briefly.
Do you sing out loud without a care in the world?
Or perhaps you do a little dance of joy?

I clap my hands, click my heels together, sing for joy, then go take a nap.
I clench my jaw a lot when I’m happy.
Probably related to my weird serotonin and/or dopamine levels.
I frequently have these moments, had one today & for no particular reason :D
I can’t wipe the smile from my face & make up songs about random things that happen to come into view.
No meds, just naturally high :D
I so wish you lived on my block.
I read. Textbooks and dilbert comics. Am if I am super happy I hug myself to sleep and nap.
Correction, I wish I lived in your block.
@Patty_Melt I’d have you bouncing like Tigger on a trampoline, metaphorically at least :-)
I emjoy it for as long as it lasts
Pick up a guitar and jam, ride a mountain bike downhill fast, build something…
Sing and dance like the pirates of Penzance. (jazz fingers)
Naturally, I’d have another DOSE:
Dopamine
Oxytocin
Serotonin
Endorphin
Happiness is
I’ll laugh out loud, to myself. And smile. A big, genuine smile that I can never pull off when asked to for photos.
Before life became morbid for me, I was song and dance wherever, whenever, didn’t care who became embarrassed. I frequently behaved as though my life were a fifties musical.
My typical behavior before turning 35ish.
Avoid assholes, so I’ll stay in a good mood.
