What are symptoms of eczema?

I’v had eczema all my life. It’s usually very itchy. I get small lumps that look like pimples on the infected areas. I’v been many times to the doctor for eczema and he will give me a cortizone injection, pills and cream. That usually gets rid of the eczema. I’m allergic to all soap, washing powder and anything else that dries out my skin. I use special soaps and washing powder. Hope that helps.
