Mixing/preparing 2-components (wood) filler.
Either I put too much or too little hardener….
So either it’s hard before I well and true had the time to apply it, or I come after a few hours to find it still soft.

It is a bit time consuming, but I wouldn’t mind, if it was my own work, but my boss wants it now.
There are also special ‘guns’ that squirt out two components in the correct measurements, but so far my question to purchase those have fallen on deaf ears.
@rebbel -I have used 2 part epoxies that come in two syringes (that are basically glued together-lol)
