I walked sixteen flights of stairs, down.
So far I’ve done a meager 1274 steps.
I don’t see it coming over double that.
Maybe a bicycle ride from two times two kilometers.
Besides walking to and from the train (½ mile in the morning, another in the evening) I will run 3.2 hilly miles around the reservoir this afternoon.
Weights, treadmill and I use a 60 lb fork at meals.
I ran 10k this morning in the wind & rain a lot of it uphill.
Will run that route all week as well as my push ups, sit ups & dumbell routine.
Running for my bedroom as I dodge my dog when I get home tonight. I’m wearing a sweater that I don’t want snagged today.
Also, I’ll do at least 20 minutes on my elliptical.

Christmas shopping.
Eating lots of cookies at my book club’s holiday cookie exchange tonight!
Some intense cardio caused by excessively laughing for aeceral minutes at the very suggestion of exercise.
