Yup. A One-a-Day Men’s multivitamin that’s good for diabetics. This time of year (Winter), I take a some extra vitamin D too.
Vitamin D, because my doctor said my bones will break if I don’t. It’s important to note that I’ve been tested and have a severe deficiency. They don’t recommend taking it as a precaution around here.
I take calcium, vitamin D and a B-12 every day.
Nope!
I run on pure adrenalin & am naturally as fit as a butcher’s dog & as strong as an ox.
Don’t hate, just admire :D
At least 2 daily doses of Methyltheobromine.
I am sure at this point it is nothing but a placebo.

I don’t want to write the amounts as I am not a doctor but right before I was officially diagnosed with MS, my hub & I did some research.
I went on mega doses of supplements and within a week was able to go on my morning walks again (a few miles)
Once diagnosed with MS, they put me on a drug which had bad side effects. (falling on the floor and chest pain-fake heart attacks, I called them)
I quit taking it and have not taken any drugs for MS in ten years and won’t anytime soon.
As for supplements,I have found that if I skip my regimen, I will definitely see problems.
One also has to eat well and exercise too.(who am I telling?LOL)
They are not just expensive urine as some like to say.
