What do you think of the following quote, which describes, well, an unusual story?

Asked by luigirovatti (2950points) January 10th, 2020

“Do you know a story that goes like this? There once was a tiger- striped cat. This cat died a million deaths and was reborn a million times and was owned by various people who he didn’t care for. The cat wasn’t afraid to die… One day, the cat was a free cat, a stray cat. He met a white female cat, and the two cats spent their days happily together. Years passed, and the white cat died of old age. The tiger-striped cat cried a million times, and then died. It never came back to life…”

Not very well written, not very interesting unless one is a cat.

There’s one falsehood in it.
Cats aren’t owned by people.
Cats choose people as their companion, caretakers, if you wish.

I like it.
It could be the story of my life if my wife died.

What relevance do their fur colour and pattern have?

Good story. Cat fur matters. Ask a cat.

Do I know a story that goes like this? What’s your guess? What do I think of it? It’s better than that sensei class acid trip.

The most appallingly written drivel masquerading as Zen philosophy to have ever been plagiarised in a Japanese anime cartoon series. Apart from that I really enjoyed it.

There was this one, where a girl found a dead cat on the street, and buried it.
In return for that, she got cursed to transform into a cat demon at night, because she buried the cat not because it was the right thing to do, but to make herself feel better about herself.
