Hmm. The favorite, that I own, is a Berretta PX-40. It fits my hands perfectly, and is just perfectly designed.
I own a Ruger 10/22. Great weapon. Mine has custom stock, and over under sights. I have multiple clips, and my biggest holds 50 rounds. No kick, ridiculous accuracy.
My Mossberg 500, is heavily modified. Collapsible stock, and all the trimmings. I keep it by my couch. 12 gauge buck shot, and there’s nothing that I can’t hit, within 25 yards. It’s a light gun, so it kicks hard. But. I can’t think of many scenarios, where it would fail me. If I get a knock on the door, that I didn’t expect, I pump it next to the door. People will tell me anything, after they hear that.
I love my Ruger Super Redhawk .44 magnum. It’s 30 years old, but it is an impressive design. My father, tweaked the trigger. So. It typically fires twice, when pulled. It only has 6 bullets. But, it will destroy something.
It used to be a “hog gun.”
You don’t hunt hogs, without a powerful sidearm. It’s got a few notches, on it’s belt… What a shotgun couldn’t handle, it did.
Years ago, my father shot a boar 5 times, with a shotgun, and it kept charging. He pulled the Redhawk, and in a panic, emptied it. 300 lb, dead hog.
It’s really more powerful than any shotgun. It’s no good for long range. But. Up close, it’s amazing.
It has, something like a 5 inch barrel.
It’s nickel plated, which makes it not great for defense. But, it is formidable. You can shoot down a tree, with it. It will get through a bullet proof vest. It’s a godlike weapon. Seeing what it does to wood, or soft tissue, makes it…ridiculous.
It kicks up. Nice, and predictable. I can fire it one handed. Which is good. The flash, is pumpkin sized. It burns the hair off of my knuckles, when I shoot it…
It’s not my favorite weapon. But. It’ll absolutely destroy the target.
I had an Intratech .22 mag, with 30 round clips. That thing, was crazy. It was a downsided version of the Tech 9. My Ruger 10/22 clips worked with it. So. I could have a 50 round clip in in it too… It was a crazy weapon too.
It was stolen from me….
That sucks…
My father (ex-special forces) has a Browning .308, semiautomatic. That thing, is ridiculous. We can hit a dime, from 150 yards, with it. He’s an ex-sniper. That’s a. 30 Cal bullet…
My favorite is still my Berretta…
It was crazy accurate, and very slim. I could carry it, in my waistband, and nobody would know. It got me out of a few sticky situations…
My brother, has a highly modified AR-15. That’s his baby…Within 25 yards, I’d have him with my Mossberg 500. Outside of that, I’d be in trouble…
