Which veggie peeler do I need?
I bought a really nice stainless steel julienne peeler. It works like a potato peeler except it has teeth that make nearly matchstick size cuts of assorted veggies of whatever length you choose.
It’s great. I’ll definitely be using this one, but I wanted a much finer shred. More like angel hair than matchsticks.
Which blade style is the right one? I can’t locate the right style on my own despite my best efforts.
I did find a blade that looks like a standard peeler blade except the surface on either lip of the blade has very small grooves. Is that the right one?
