I like weetabix & corn flakes with a generous splash of ice cold milk, mostly only at breakfast time but have been known to enjoy late of an evening too.
Pretty standard as it goes, how about you?

Plain cornflakes, milk, and at least 10 heaped tablespoons of cocoa powder.
I haven’t had it in a long time but it used to be steel cut oats.

Oat flakes with lactose free milk.
In the morning.
Every morning.
I’m a Cheerios fanatic, but I don’t want them soggy. I eat them by the hand full without any milk. They are full of fiber which cures practically any problem you might have
Shreddies, Frosted Flakes and Froot Loops at night.
Raisin Bran, cornflakes and I love the terrible Krave and Fruity Pebbles.
@ragingloli Interesting. Plain unsweet cocoa?
First choice is a tie between Familia Muesli and any brand frosted mini wheats.
Second choice would be raisin bran.
For hot cereal it would be oatmeal with raisins and walnuts thrown in.
I like various granola types with milk, and I often have a bowl for dessert in the evening.
My favorite is Wheat Chex with ultra pasteurized organic skim milk. Usually, I would eat it for breakfast, but any time of day is fine.
I also like Frosted Flakes with half skim milk, quarter almond milk, quarter water. Mostly, I eat this as a dessert or sweet snack.
Raisin Bran is another one I eat quite bit. Typically, I eat it for breakfast when I eat it.
Hot cereal my favorite is Wheatina with skim milk. I once in a while eat oatmeal. Oatmeal I make with water, I never add milk to it. Once cooked I add either brown sugar or real maple syrup.
Raisin Bran, and Grapenuts. For breakfast, or late at night, with cold milk, and the addition of walnuts.
My favorite is corn flakes, cold milk, sugar, and a sliced banana.
My most frequent is Life cereal. Keeps me regular.
My very very favorite (but rarely eat) is Wheatena.
I like it with milk and raisins, and maybe some brown sugar.
@zenvelo I’ve never thought to sweeten Wheatena. I eat it “salty.” I love it. My grandpa used to make it for me when I was young. Back then I put butter and 2% milk on it. Now, I just put skim milk. I add salt while it’s boiling. You can’t easily find Wheatena around the country. When I lived in Memphis I had to buy it when I was visiting other cities and bring it home.
@ragingloli Interesting, I don’t think I’ve seen cocoa with sweetener. Maybe a syrup, like Hershey’s.
@ragingloli Yes, but wow, that’s a lot of sugar for us old people…haha!
