Michelle. But she was hot because she was so damn intelligent and had such a great sense of humor and had so much compassion. Plus she was ~beautiful.
She is one of the few women who I would feel intimidated by.

Next would be Jackie.

Melania by far, then Abigail Fillmore.

Laura Bush had that soft curvy motherly look. Her husband could have been mistaken for Alfred E Neumann.

I’ve seen pretty First Ladies, attractive first ladies; but, NEVER a “hot” First Lady. Melania is one of the prettiest although NOT “hot”. Jackie was one of the classiest, but still NOT “hot”. Then when you get way back, the idea of what was hot was completely different from what we call hot now days, so there’s NO comparison!!! Michelle had beauty, brains, compassion;but, I still did NOT see her as “hot”!!!

I don’t know what it is about the question, but I cannot get my mind to tackle the task of ranking them. It’s like asking me to identify my favorite species of frog. As with the frogs, I couldn’t pick 90% of the country’s first ladies from a lineup or mug shot.

Dolley Madison was considered to be the greatest beauty of her era.

Personally I think that says more about the standards of beauty in her “era” than anything else.
