What is a delicious and easy recipe for leg of lamb?

Have it butterflied by the butcher.

Marinade in pomegranate marinade overnight in the refrigerator. Then grill, about eight minutes a side, on a 450 degree gas grill (or indirect heat if charcoal). Finish off in a roasting pan in a 350 degree oven.
