What is the last thing you've won?

I won some hand sewn things (pot holder type things). I mailed them to a woman who auctions stuff for a cat rescue group.

Won some fancy crafted soaps at a Christmas raffle. I gifted some, I’ll use the rest.

Won 3rd place (60 year old class) by 4 second in a 41 mile outrigger canoe race from Molokai to Oahu last October.

Yesterday my place was confirmed through ballot in the Great North Run
It’s a half marathon & will be held in September, the 40th anniversary of the race, 60 thousand runners taking part.
That’s a big win already for me, absolutely buzzing!

@lucillelucillelucille It’s a city run through Newcastle Upon Tyne ending up on the coast in a small town known as South Shields.
Not quite that fast lol but I’ll be aiming for somewhere close to 1hr 45mins…cheers :-)
