What does this mean?

So for context, I met this guy on holiday in another country, he has a girlfriend but she’s in his home country in England. We were really good friends, we’d hang out and do things together. Sometimes when he got drunk he’d get a little flirty but not overly. Then I went back to America and he was still on holiday in Thailand. The night I got back I went out with friends and had some drinks. He was texting me saying how he had so much to do at his work and stuff (he was working in Thailand as well) and said he was just going to get drunk. So he did.

Later that night when I went home (drunk also) we started texting again and then he asked for pictures and you can guess the rest. This has happened twice now, where we’ve gotten drunk or tipsy and I’ve sent photos and videos. He doesn’t like to send anything which I get, but he texts me dirty talk and stuff and how he wishes I were there with him to etc etc.

What the heck does this mean? Is he just missing his girlfriend or is it something else? I asked him and he said his girlfriend doesn’t want to send him anything so idk. I’m just a bit confused about the whole thing and I feel bad for his girl. Yeah, I know I’m a bad person. Every time I say it will never happen again but then it does.
