The reason is if it truly a pandemic – - – old orange hair may not get reelected.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~And all those dead people are not really dead in China or Italy. J.K .
‘cause I know they are dead. But Trump and Fox doesn’t know.

Fox News has never said the Coronavirus is a hoax.

They’ve been covering it since January., well ahead of the others, since the first persons were quarantined.

Instead of posting a link that forces us to subscribe to an online NYT account, why not post a link to what Sean Hannity has actually said?

Hannity has NEVER called the Coronavirus a hoax. But Hannity HAS shown and played a lot of clips of Biden and the major news networks saying Trump’s actions on the Coronavirus were racist and a “diversion.”

Sean Hannity used his syndicated talk-radio program on Wednesday to share a prediction he had found on Twitter about what is really happening with the coronavirus: It’s a “fraud” by the deep state to spread panic in the populace, manipulate the economy and suppress dissent.

“May be true,” Mr. Hannity declared to millions of listeners around the country.

As the coronavirus spreads around the globe, denial and disinformation about the risks are proliferating on media outlets popular with conservatives.

“This coronavirus?” Rush Limbaugh asked skeptically during his Wednesday program, suggesting it was all a plot hatched by the Chinese. “Nothing like wiping out the entire U.S. economy with a biothreat from China, is there?” he said.

The Fox Business anchor Trish Regan told viewers on Monday that the worry over coronavirus “is yet another attempt to impeach the president.”

This does not resemble at all what Hannity says or his shows on Fox or radio are about.

There are panel discussions every day from government agencies, the private sector (Johns Hopkins etc). The information is very informative.

I suggest you view the source rather than trust what the NYT says,
(Funny, isn’t it? The New York Times used to be a reliable source of real news and information).

If you really think the NY Times is misquoting or lying, @Yellowdog, don’t you think they’d be all over the news and TV saying their attorneys are demanding a retraction?

I suggest you watch or listen for yourself.

Maybe do some firsthand fact checking?
I think you’ll be surprised at how different things are from what you posted above

Four weeks or more ago Trump, one time, said the CV was ä hoax. Of course he was proven wrong very quickly and for weeks has been taking measures to slow down it’s progression. Have no idea where @elbanditoroso got the idea that Fox News is “pushing the idea” that it’s a hoax. All day everyday Fox News shows Trump and our health authorities speaking about how to avoid getting it and how fast it’s spreading.
