Has anyone dealt with Alibaba.com?

Asked by SQUEEKY2 (23474points) March 18th, 2020

I found the cat toy I am looking for on this site, but I can’t seem to make an account or log into it, are they an honest site to deal with and do they deal with Canada?

It is a Chinese company. They are in the business of international shipping.

They are the Amazon of China. If you can work out how to use, it should be legit. Just looked at their site. they have a place to create an account and a link about shipping to Canada. Not sure what the shipping costs might be for a wind up mouse.

I thought you were all DAID!! I’ve gotten 0 notices today of any activity for me.

Good luck with your mouse. But…why don’t you buy it from Amazon instead? Why China?

Guess where Amazon gets them.

I checked Amazon believe me and they didn’t have it.
It’s not a wind up mouse,it’s a wind up rolling creature, plus it would be easier to deal with Amazon.

I haven’t bought anything on Alibaba, but it’s managed by the same people of AliExpress, which I use occasionally. I haven’t got any real problem with AliExpress so I quite trust that site. I think that would be the same for Alibaba.

Alibaba is very big on each individual seller though so you should check the stat of the seller of that toy. See if they have any dirt on them. It should be easy enough.
