Best place for hair waxing in Oakland (or nearby)?

Looking for a place that does leg and bikini waxing. Preferably near Lakeshore / Lake Merritt, but any recommendations are welcome. I guess anti-recommendations are welcome too!

I’d prefer it if people didn’t respond with opinions/judgments about waxing. Thanks!
