Does every jelly know someone who has or had COVID19, or who has died from it?

It could be a friend of a friend or relative of a friend also for this Q, since that impacts your close friend or relative directly.

I already have two friends who lost people close to them. One lost both her uncle and aunt. They died together basically. They were in their 80’s.

Another lost her ex-boyfriend’s mom. She was still close with the family. She had spoken to her a month ago.

My ex-boss and his husband have been dealing with it, but seem to be getting through it ok. Their neighbors took their children to care for them. That maybe was risky, but the children and neighbors seem to be fine.

Not yet, but that could change at any time.

Not a single soul. Though that can’t possibly last.

My Cusin (she’s in her early 60’s) is in ICU with Covid-19 (SARS Cov2). Can’t breath on her own as of yesterday. My other Cusin is keeping me posted. No up date today. I’m hoping that no news is good news.

No, I am fortunate that I do not know anyone who has tested positive, let alone passed on.

We know of zero extended family members who have sustained any illness.

No, I don’t, even though I’m in a hot zone (and probably hotter than we know). I also have East Coast relatives in the medical profession. So far everybody I’m in touch with is still okay.

A friend’s mom is in her 90’s, fell and broke her hip and is now in the hospital with the broken hip and Coronavirus. She’s been there at least a week. She lives in NYC.

My employer is over 3,000 people so I know of various workers that are positive for it. Thankfully, nobody is in the hospital that I know of.

I know of friends of friends or relatives of friends who have passed away due to it. My stepfather told me he knows 3 people who have passed from it, they were all in their 80’s. He has his own business so he knows an extended circle of people.

Thankfully, nobody that I know closely has passed away due to it. Every day that goes by, I am grateful that nobody that I’m close to is in a bad way due to it, and I would be very grateful if everybody that I know survives this crisis.

Not yet but that could change any second with this freaking virus.

A very dear friend of mine and his husband have had it and made it through okay. Both were able to just stay at home. Another good friend of mine’s uncle is in the hospital with it.
All of these friends live in England.

I forgot a person at my husband’s company has it, but I don’t know how well he knows the person. As far as I know the person is making it through ok.

@jca2 Do they think your friend’s mom caught it in the hospital? A friend of mines mom also fractured her hip. She was in terrible pain for 4 days, and then they finally went to the ER. The ER said on the phone there was a separate entrance for C19, but she said she didn’t see it. They’re worried, but not obsessing. They live in Palm Beach County, FL, which is one of the counties that has fairly high numbers.

My 76 year old godfather in NJ is on ventilator. His family quarantined in the house. They all tested positive.
