How have your exercise routines been?
Ironically, I’ve been exercising a lot more. Because I’m a part time administrator I’ve been spending a lot of time working from home, and only going into work when I needed to or I have a shift I have to work. I used to attend a lot of meetings at work that now we do by Zoom or Teams. So about 3:00 every day things wrap up and I have been going out for walks—anywhere between 3–4 miles a day. The days I can’t walk I’ll do a mat body weight work out.
Of course my eating habits have gone to shit, but that’s okay.

I’ve been getting in a lot more steps according to my smartwatch. I try to get in a walk in the afternoon.
I do a sit up and push up when I get out of the bed/or couch to go pee or get food from the refrigerator,
My.back won’t let me walk much. I’ve started doing sit.ups again though. God I hate doing sit ups.
Weights 6x week, some form of aerobic 6x week.
I’ve been doing this for 25 years.
Boy, am I tired ;)
I’ve been under the weather so I haven’t exercised barely at all. Much much less than my normal.
Tomorrow morning I’m planning to tune into zoom for a zumba class. I don’t like following zumba on the screen, but my favorite instructor from when I lived in TN is doing a session, and I’m looking forward to that. I can only do the equivalent to a walking pace and arms down, because I haven’t been well, I doubt I can do the entire hour, but I’ll still enjoy it I’m sure.
My eating is better, although not exceeding healthy, but no restaurant food in a month. I’ve lost 3 pounds.
And I am not over eating.
I normally go to the gym more during the winter/early spring because it’s too cold to exercise outside, but since I’ve been back in a warmer climate I’ve been trying to go for more walks. Unfortunately a lot of the parks and open spaces around here are closed, so neighborhood it is. I’ve been seeing a lot of people out walking now.
Same as normal.
Run every day, although reduced to only 4miles, from anything up to 14.
This is because I feel a twang of guilt with the current “stay at home” policy.
I’m allowed my outdoor exercise, but feel it would be a little reckless going so far.
Workout at home, no change!
On and off but getting better.
I’m not going to water aerobics classes but I am still walking 3–5 times a week for 2–4 miles. And I’ve started doing simple yoga and ta chi videos daily. Sometimes an aerobic class.
I had been doing strength training, which is hard to replicate at home. My physique is smaller and when I go out for my daily skate I feel noticeably weaker. My roommate has equalizer bars which I’ve been using, but they only do so much. I could use some ideas for what else to do right now. I was thinking about starting some exercises to build up my core.
