Who are your fantasy parents?

I can’t even think of any such thing. Never occurred to me.

I’d keep my Dad, my mom would be either my aunt or my friend’s mom, both are generous hearted women whose children have all chosen to stay close to them out of love.

Probably close to the Brady’s, I think kids (me) need that wholesome atmosphere and stable family unit, as well as a sense of community and affection.

I believe that in some Religions this is thought to be done already before a Soul enters the physical.
They choose according to what they must learn in this lifetime and to choose otherwise would delay that learning process.

I would just settle for having my mom and dad back living.

I was extremely happy with my own parents this time.

Whatever a saner version of my own parents would look like.

I love them too much to swap them out. But, damn, they crazy.
