What good things will come from the Covid-19 virus and quarantine?

Less air pollution.

Less traffic, as she said less air pollution^.
I don’t mind social distancing, but hate waiting in line.
It might lead to Trump’s down fall that would be a great thing seeing how he is dealing with this pandemic..

Other infectious diseases might be reduced from social distancing.

The planet having a few months to heal is the big one for me. We will go right back to fucking it up ASAP but there should be some good science coming out in the future.

I would like to think there would be a shift about how we treat our “Heroes” doing the shit jobs that keep everything running. But I know better than to think anything more than some cutsey commercials on youtube will come out of this. Those are high school kids jobs..

Hopefully handshakes will be a thing of the past.

I hope the normalization of wearing masks in the US. Getting rid of shaking hands with strangers but more hugs with people we care about. Less use of cars/cost of gas/transportation-related pollution. I hope that more jobs will allow working from home and flexible schedules. More dinners with family/children. More family time, in general. A global sense of camaraderie.
