You say “made”. Does that mean they are out of business? If so, you’re probably out of luck.

There weren’t any Russ factories in mainland China, but they did have factories in Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, and Hong Kong (which was still controlled by the UK back then). They also had factories in places outside of Asia, such as California and Florida.

Assuming you are asking about the Hong Kong factory, the only information I could find was for the office that oversaw production:
