What are your thoughts on CNN's response letter to the Trump campaign's 'cease and desist' letter, where they demanded that CNN retract and apologise for their poll results?

Works for me.

They refute the dumb White House demands thoroughly, but I wonder if it treats them with too much dignity. Maybe they should have said something like, “Put up or shut up. Sue us if you dare. The idle threats of a man-baby mean nothing.”

I saved the tweet below from Washington Post columnist Ishaan Tharoor a while ago, because it made clear an important point. This was amid Republican sneering about Elizabeth Warren’s DNA test and Native American ancestry.

Damn, I wish they had sent it past a competent editor first. It detracts from a document’s impact when it contains awkward language and grammatical errors. I’d have liked CNN to hit this one out of the park.
