(Big and tall Jellies) Do you ever think that you would break the toilet when sitting too fast? (possibly NSFW)
I am 6’5” and 250 pounds and I wonder how strong my toilet is?
I haven’t broken one yet.
How strong is a typical toilet?

It’s not the toilet you need to worry about – that’s made of ceramic. You can’t break that unless you have a hammer in your butt.
What you can do is break/ squeeze the wax ring examples that acts as the waterproof seal between the base of the toilet and the drainpipe.
Easy to reflex but a pain to do all the work.
@elbanditoroso I break the bolts on the lid every two years. Thanks for the re-assurance that I won’t break the bowl.

My old toilet had a substantial crack in it, and it creaked every time I sat down on it, so yes, I was very careful with that.
No.
But since I’m here, what constitutes too fast.
@josie Plopping down on the toilet seat.
Which is different than simply sitting down on the toilet seat?
@josie Yes. Plopping down makes a sound of moving toilet parts.
I might suggest some exercises to strengthen your quads in order to decrease the momentum
My toilet lid is attached with plastic bolts which come loose and repeatedly have to tighten them once a week after a good clean up of the bathroom, so that is normal wear and tear.
The cost of replacing a toilet will put you in debt. You may end up being in arrears on your other bills.
Better put a lid on that idea.
¾ in. Hose Bibb Vacuum Breaker So there!
I’ve hear that a heavy person leaning backwards while sitting on the toilet can break the water tank part.
No but the wife will surely break bones if I forget to put the lid up while peeing.
@ucme I use toilet seat passive aggression. When I get finished with the toilet, I always put the seat and the lid down. That way she has to lift the lid each time she uses it.
