Having human capabilities to think, feel, understand , have emotions etc
Good video but fast talking, interesting though.
Basically to be happy that one is alive.

I think it is humanity’s (seeming) belief that Man is something special, more special than all other life on the planet.

@kritiper right? We can’t accept that we are no more special than frogs and worms and snakes. Or dogs and cats. Our DNA is not any more spectacular.

The awareness of our mortality and the attempt to differentiate ourselves from other species and finding greater meaning, while there being no difference and no meaning.

From this paradox results all our creative and destructive tendencies, and human culture itself.
