William Shatner, Ryan Reynolds, Jim Carrey, Keanu Reeves, Leslie Nielson, Dan Aykroyd.
Reddeerguy, mama_cakes and both Property Brothers in no particular order.
Pierre Elliot Trudeau ( Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s late father ).
It was when Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau changes history to become more welcoming as a country to encompass our differences in Society and he changed the direction of leading our country to become the best that it could. He changed the Constitution to reflect and respect different languages, customs etc
As a result Canada is a Bilingual country made up of vast cultures, customs with open arms and respecting those differences.
Pierre Trudeau was an intelligent man who was Philosophical and looked for better ways to calm a violent era in the 1960’s.
He stood on his own against the establishment to carve out a better world in Canada and should be recognized for that.
He was an avid reader of Kipling and others.
“If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;!”....Rudyard Kipling

Reddeerguy and you and squeaky2. I’m sorry if I missed any Canadians on this site.
I’ll treat you all to a sour toe cocktail at the cookoot.
You, and then Keanu Reeves.
Nobody has mentioned Alex Trebek!

Green party leader Elisabeth May is my favorite Canadian. Though she was born American.
My mom’s parents, my grandparents. Grandfather was from Moncton, New Brunswick and grandmother was from Eatonville, Nova Scotia.

Assorted aunts, uncles, and cousins on my father’s side, as well as grandparents. I wouldn’t care to rank them, though.
@RedDeerGuy1 and @Squeeky2 are my absolute favorites. Then, there’s Joni Mitchell and Ali Velshi, followed by all my ancestors on my father’s side.
Have you ever heard of the “Half Fares?” They were the steerage passengers who couldn’t afford to go to Boston, New York, or Philadelphia and, instead, got off the ship in St. John, New Brunswick. The other passengers considered them grossly inferior (it seems that even the most wretched among us needs someone to look down on.) Those are my paternal ancestors, the Half Fares, and I’m proud of them all.
I notice that nobody chooses Kiefer Sutherland. Is that because the guy’s a drunken d*ck?
