How do you rate the best helpers for getting over a relationship? (P&R)
Like psychologists, spirital leaders, psychiatric doctors, family members, best friends, tv evangelists, health reporters in local news, Dr. Phil, Fluther or any questions and answers sites, ect?
What would you rate them from one to ten? Also add to the list if I missed someone like life coach, or winning the lotto?

You forgot to mention lightning bolt to the back of the melon.
That is always rated a ten for effectiveness. :D
@RedDeerGuy1 -Ah! So you did.

This question is not really a matter for Meta.
I’d rate psychotherapists very high, mostly because they are supportive but also realistic. Most of the rest of your list do not do anything to help someone get through a breakup.
And you really need to stop referencing Dr Phil. He is a physical therapist, and has no training in relationships or interpersonal communication.
Therapists and friends. And while I’m not a big believer in religion for me, joining a spiritual community that was aligned with my values did help me recover.
@zenvelo I meant the show not the person. Dr. Phil show helps connect guests with resources. Also I meant a talk show. Dr. Phil is just one of many. Like Jerry Springer and others.
The best helpers are these two words…her loss
Not to be confused with hair loss because that’s not at all helpful particularly for the woolly mammoth!
I always heard the best way to get over an old flame is to get under a new one. :D
Do you mean the local love lounge ladies?? I’d give them a l0.
German chocolate cake, with butter pecan ice cream.
Also; referring to ex as Taserface.
