I guess it depends on how I’m feeling at that time. If it is a normal time, I guess my cheeks would be like this. If I just ate a large meal, it would more sort of. If the hemorrhoids were acting up then I get

Maybe an “aoogah” sound? Mostly I just want to hear the track backing-up beeps when I back dat azz up.
