Why does Disney+ not have the classic Disney movies on it?

Or am I missing something? I can’t find movies like Fantasia, Land and the Tramp or 101 Dalmatians on it.

I signed up on it to watch “Hamilton” but will stick around a few months if I coul find some of these classics to watch. But I don’t see them.
