Oh hell YESSSS!!!

No. The “space force” is targeted at terrestrial “adversaries” (which with the current leadership, means everyone).

No other Space Force is needed. After all, we do have the valiant crew of the spaceship Fireball XL5 to handle any extraterrestrial threats.

No correlation. The Space Force is a childish fantasy idea dreamed up by Trump (the same guy who named the “Super Duper Missile”), that then needed justification for itself and so was given duties that are already covered by other branches of the US military.
