I find it helpful when I have gas/constipation to scratch my rear with a bit of toilet paper.

I just butt chug two bottles of laxatives.
Probably the stimulation. Whatever works! Fiber and water are best.
I sometimes massage or press on my stomach. I think a similar action is involved: stimulating the area, getting things moving. I’ll take a fiber laxative as a last resort.
Making a high fiber diet a part of your daily routine, drinking plenty of plain, fresh water daily, and regular daily exercise are the best things for maintaining good bowel health (and health in general).
