What will happen to North Korea?

Kim Jong Un is apparently (maybe, possibly, who knows) in a coma

Seems like a lot of speculation and uncertainty, as this article claims that he is dead.

But, the overall consensus seems to be that Kim Jong Un started to give some power to his sister in the days leading up to this, and now she is supposedly going to be in control.

What does this mean for North Korea? Things more than likely would not get better, but would they get worse?

This is probably all “What If” as there doesn’t seem to be a ton of clear answers or coverage.
