There is management, which involves managing people or a process. And then there is clerical, which is task oriented.
It takes understanding of the clerical work before you can manage it. Which means getting a clerical job and learning how it works, and then being able to teach it to others.
The way to get experience is to start looking for entry level jobs, If you are looking for clerical work, do you have the education to demonstrate that you can do the work?
Consider temp agencies. My son got hired by a law firm through a temp agency that recruits legal assistants for law firms. After six months the firm hired him as a full time employee. He had no office experience before that.
You can certainly take Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook training.
Many will train you for a specific purpose but email and attachments, etc…are the very basics.
I’m unsure what you call management clerical jobs, but I agree with @zenvelo that a temp agency is probably your best place to start. They don’t usually train you but you do get on the job experience. If the company that requests a temp gets you and they don’t like the way you work, they simply tell the temp agency and they send them a different temp and then send you to another location for your next assignment. Often, if a company likes your work, they will hire you from the temp agency. A temp agency will take away the fear of being fired unless you really don’t have the qualifications for the assignments you’re requesting and then they will often guide you toward the direction they feel you are more suited. Good luck on finding the perfect job. I have a friend who has been a temp for over 20 years because she enjoys the challenge of not having the same routine every day. She’s been offered permanent jobs and declined them so she can stay temp
Take a night class at your local community college. Or similar…
