What's your take on the presidental candidates in your neck of the woods?
I live in very conservative Kansas, but actually “Biden / Harris” signs outnumber Trump signs about 20 to 1. It wasn’t like that in 2016.

Lots and lots of Trump signs here in one of the reddest counties in Wisconsin.
One big one on 67 keeps getting torn up though. Other than that, a lot more Trump signs than I recall from 2016, but I also wasn’t paying too much attention in 2016.
I live in one of the WOW counties, (Waukesha, Ozaukee, and Washington). Those are the top 3 red counties in Wisconsin
Well, according to a R+V survey, Drumpf scares Germans more than the pandemic, 53% vs 32%
Another survey shows that 76% of Germans expect US-EU relations to improve, if Biden wins, vs 87% expecting a further deterioration if drumpf ends up winning again.
It doesn’t affect me anymore than a Biden sign affects me. I really don’t care who people have in their yards if that’s what you mean.
As for the living in a red county, yeah it gets a little weird. The statewide mask mandate has been extended until November 21, and I sometimes am the only one in the store wearing a mask (if it’s a smaller store). I have really bad anxiety so I mainly wear a mask to avoid confrontation, but I also am scared of being confronted by anti-maskers. I have heard it happen before.
yes I wear a mask to keep me/others safe, but my parents get frustrated with it and mainly it’s just because I don’t want to get yelled at by store owners/shoppers.
I wear it so people around me will feel safer.
Red RED-NECK country but the are Biden supporters (most supporters of Biden have college degree) Some of the red-necks still talk about General Sherman and who he killed in their family.
Pretty much Trump country although many are upset signs are being stolen. Rep HQ charges 5 bucks each.
And I’ve seen some Biden signs, too, scattered about even rural areas.
I live in a very red county in a very blue state.
Here it’s 50/50, and Trump should OWN this county.
I think most people here who vote Republican do so because they’re afraid the Democrats will take their guns away.
I don’t know if it because of Covid or not but I haven’t really seen any political signs in my whole town. We are pretty mixed with a slight lean to republicans. Most of our Reps are Democrat but it wasn’t always so. It changed after Trump was elected. I’m pretty satisfied with out reps. We have virtual town halls for several years now and they keep us up to date on what is going on. Just had one 2 days ago. I appreciate that because they would always happen after 8 pm and it’s a little far from me and I hate driving at night.
@kritiper Obama had 8 years to take them away, and he never did. Most incompetent president ever.
@Dutchess_III Sorry to have to be the one to tell you that Obama never had the power required to take your guns away.
That’s my point @kritiper. That’s why all the conservatives whining about it are being so ridiculous.
