Has anyone gone into an emergency underground shelter for a day or more?

Not for a whole day, no. But when the kids were little, I spent my fair share of time hiding in the basement due to tornadoes.
I think I’ve gone to the basement one time in the last 20 years. When the sirens go off everyone piles out onto their front porches and looks for it. It’s like a block party.
