I probably won’t because I can’t stand trump’s voice. Also, I don’t want to hear the meanness he uses to get out of actual answers.

I would rather look at one of Clarkson’s dingleberries.
I never watch debates. Choosing a president is not Dancing with the Stars. Their policies and grasp of reality are what really matter to our well-being, not how they perform on camera.
I’ll be recording it, I don’t know if I will be watching it in real time. My husband hates Trump, can’t stand to look at him or listen to him, and I really don’t want to watch it with him, but if he puts it on I won’t leave the room.
Nope. They are really just sales pitches, and anything interesting will be covered on the news tomorrow. I will probably be watching whatever escapist science fiction crosses my sightline at that time.
Nah. If I’m going to lose brain cells, I’d rather get drunk.
Yes, not that I’m looking forward to it. It will be very historical.
My wife will be watching, but I’d rather stick a hot poker in my eye.
I’ll watch some of it and TRY to watch all of it.
Probably not. I didn’t watch the Trump Hillary debate and I remember Hillary talking about how Trump was following her around the stage, standing behind her. I did see that was true when I saw video clips of the debate.
I might turn on the channel here and there just to see a minute or two, but will probably be watching something else.
I’d like to but I have to be up at 3 a.m. and I need my beauty sleep. I might record it, but by the time I could watch it, I will have heard all sorts of pundits tearing it apart anyway.
Maybe. Depends on if the wife wants to watch it. I see little point in them personally. Do they really change anyone’s mind? I doubt it. Are they particularly informative? Not really. It’s politics as entertainment, that’s all.
I just overheard my husband tell a colleague that he plans on watching, so I guess we will be watching tonight.
@seawulf575 That’s why I’m watching, to see for myself instead of hearing biased post reports.
@KNOWITALL. Me too. CSPAN usually has it straight through with no commentary. I purposely am not watching all the talking heads today guessing what is going to happen tonight.
Tomorrow I’ll hear commentary, and google the responses from each party.
I like to hear it for myself and decide how answers sound to me before listening to what others think.
@JLeslie It’s plausible that one or both goes nuts this time, too. Sadly.
Will watch it but if it gets ridiculous will turn it off.
@KNOWITALL I’m feeling like both do better than expected. You could be the winner though. I’m not betting any money.
@JLeslie Me neither! Haha!
(I made A$$hole casserole for dinner, too. Appropos.)
So painful to watch. We may all need to really go 3rd party guys.
^Thanks for your honesty.
Not watching this theater. I have no interest watching two right-wing dipshits lie and talk shit for a couple of hours.
I’m watching it, not paying 100% attention. It’s a real shit show. Both of them are rambling on and not shutting up.
It’s not going well. Hard to watch.
I wish both of them didn’t use the terms and phrases out there being used constantly that are talking points. It’s tiresome.
Biden calling Trump a clown from the start. Not good.
Trump keeps saying the radical left will be upset with what Biden is saying.
The moderator didn’t let Trump finish talking about the healthcare plans he has, and I wanted to hear it.
They both talked over each other too much.
I think Wallace should have let Trump respond to why isn’t Trump helping the schools open with funding for more safety.
The topic of covid was terrible and went nowhere.
Biden said he wants to fund the police more, and I’d bet money the Republicans will say the opposite, I’m interested to see it.
I think Trump was actually doing a little better than Biden, but then Trump would not condemn White Supremacists. He wouldn’t. Why the hell not? He pivoted to Antifa. Why not condemn both? Nope! Would not condemn the WS. Nothing else really matters. If he can’t do that he can’t be president.
Question: What is the $3 million from Russia Trump is talking about regarding Biden’s son?
That was insane lmao.
@JLeslie I have no clue. Do your own research because everyone here will give you bias.
Trump would not agree to ask his supporters to stay calm if it takes a few days after the 3rd to count all the ballots. Disgusting. That’s a dog whistle to his crazy alt-right supporters in my opinion. I think the majority of Republicans would be fine waiting the few days if it becomes necessary.

It is comforting, however, to hear that a sitting president called on brownshirts Proud Boys to “stand by” and we’re all supposed to just go about our day. Fucking shitshow. The DNC puts a fucking bowl of jello up against a literal fascist movement.
Both wouldn’t shut the fuck up enough for me to know whats going on.
@JLeslie “The moderator didn’t let Trump finish talking about the healthcare plans he has, and I wanted to hear it.”
He doesn’t have a healthcare plan. He never has. He had time to start discussing it, but instead he just danced around the issue.
Also, no more fucking “both sides” horseshit. If you are not anti-facist, you are on the wrong side. Go get your Proud Boy shirt or your white hood and complain about ANTIFA.
The moderator needs to be able to kill the debaters microphone.
I just watched it again Trump at first said “sure“ he would condemn WS groups, but then it was like he had second thoughts about. Weird.
@Darth_Algar Trump was going to explain about the drug pricing and I wanted to hear it. If you don’t agree that’s fine, but Wallace cut Trump off.
@JLeslie
You already know what his explanation will be – heavy on superlatives and void of details. Though I’m sure he would have mentioned his $200 discount card bribe.
@Darth_Algar The thing about Trump, previously, when it came to healthcare he was right about a lot of the problems with it, I just didn’t like how he wanted to fix it, because I didn’t think it would fix things, I thought it would be a disaster. Plus, you can never be sure he is telling the truth about what he will do or won’t do, but I do think he understands where some of the problems are and how it works. I wanted to hear that.
He was talking about getting medication from more countries, Biden could come in and say he wants to bring the drug manufacturing back to the US to contrast Trump, where we know it’s safer and we won’t be dependent on other countries and insist on more transparency about profit by publishing a comprehensive report of all public pharma companies. I don’t know I’m making it up as I write this.
The Republicans were obsessing when covid started about Americans not being able to get medication during a crisis and especially worried about medication from China being taunted or inaccessible.
I watched the Cylons destroy the 13 Colonies. From all I hear, it was infinitely less chaotic.
I watched Windy City where they destroy homes and rebuild. It, too, was less chaotic.
I turned it off at nine pm for my mental health. Joe came out swinging telling Trump to shut up and worst pres ever, but later seemed to stutter and lose track. But then Trump and the narcissism was such a turn off, both overtalking. I’ve judged junior high debate that was 100% more intellectual. Sigh.
Yes, Biden has a speech disorder. Millions of adult Americans do. What of it?
^ yes that is right that Biden had a stuttering problem and sometimes under undue stress , like Trump interrupting non stop to the point that the moderator had to “get” Trump to stay in his two minutes time limits for each.
Trump knew about Biden’s affliction and yet bullied him through out the Debate because he knew that he ( Trump) was losing the arguments.
The World saw how the US President behaves ( bully).
Deplorable and yet he lied throughout as the Fact Checkers on CNN later showed the viewers.
The fact that Trump keeps stating that some of the Ballots “were” found in a creek ( Lie) tells me that that is what he is suggesting to his “tribe’ to do , in case he loses.
(Anything to delay the process) and that is the real scary part!
He will not accept it if Biden wins. its a .loser mentality!
If Biden wins, Trump will unleash his Proud Boys on the nation. I don’t know how people still support this.
Having unfortunately fallen prey to the urge to watch it after all, man, what a Kindergarten Clown show.
It also demonstrated that calls for Biden not to debate drumpf at all, were not unjustified.
It was just a constant barrage of bullshit, that you would need an hour to refute, and even when it was your time to talk, drumpf just kept talking over you with more bullshit, trying to interrupt and throw you off balance. Even the moderator was not spared from this.
@Darth I didn’t know that, never heard him stutter like that before. Calm down tiger ha!
^He’s stuttered all his life. A little boy bonded with him over it on the campaign trail since the boy stuttered, also.
@KNOWITALL
It’s not exactly a secret. Hell, it’s damn near been front page material these past few months as Trumpeters have tried to use it as evidence of Biden’s “cognitive decline”.
@KNOWITALL: The stutter that Biden has is pretty common knowledge by now. If you google it, it’s been long documented.
Sorry guys, never heard it mentioned. Ha!
