Expensive mini statues/figurines. They don’t help with a crisis and they drain money that would be needed for essential things.
Video games. While they aren’t as useless as figurines as you can play games to pass the quarantine time, they still cost money.
Alcohol. You could get addicted easily with nothing to do and pent-up energy.
Anti-diarrheal medication, and anti-nausea medication. You don’t want to be caught with your ends expelling stuff during a pandemic. You wouldn’t be able to put a mask on your face or your ass.
Drano – It was actually out of stock the first day I looked for it during this covid thing, which was about a month ago. I finally found some. I use a small amount (about 2–3 ounces) once a month to clean the drains and hard to clean marks on my glass top stove. I use a restaurant squeeze bottle to be precise and use as a little as possible. It works great. You don’t know how dirty your sink is until you drizzle Drano around the drain and see the difference.
Clorox toilet wand refills – Impossible to find for over a month now, I’ve checked 4 stores. I’m on my last one now.
Swiffer XL dry refills – Always hard to find. I try to always have an extra box. I start searching to buy it when I have 1.5 boxes in my closet. A box lasts 3–4 months.
Lemi-shine – Cleans up hard water marks.
Pumice stone – to clean hard water marks in the toilet bowl.
If there another pandemic I probably would stock up:
this if I had money,
I probably get stout beer, candy like M&M before becomes banned, Doritos nachos kind, mozzarella, toilet paper that doesn’t disintegrate, baby wipes for my dog’s toes the really good kind, lottery ticket if I could afford one that probably save me out this one chance move away and buy island.
