How could little brats be this strong?

So, I made a mistake…. My son and his friends were at home playing araound, wrestling is their thing now at age 12. I thought it would be cool to glide in and defeat them all as I was making dinner. Problem was, I far from defeated them, actually it was pretty much the other way around. Now, what the hell do I do? It was a stupid thing to do and I can’t even blame them for laughing at me really…

Kids are forced to take gym class every day, and naturally are in better shape than an adult.
It is normal.
It would be weird if they didn’t win.
