I am not sure about this whole thing. There’s a young man I want to sleep with but not sure how he is with me. I watch his live videos and he knows that I am watching them. He sends shout outs when people say hi to him. When he starts his videos he licks his lips.

It’s entirely possible that he is suffering from cheilitis simplex, which is a medical condition where lips are dry and cracked.
It sounds to me like you are attractive; therefore, most men probably wouldn’t mind sleeping with you given the right circumstances. For instance, the status of their existing relationships, and the risk of being caught. Basically, men are capable of loving a couple of women at a time, and carrying on simple sexual liaisons with most of the attractive ones they know. There is a catch, though: the liaisons can and do interfere with their relationships.
