Does Lance Hendrickson's Alien death count?

Bill Paxton was killed by an Alien, a Predator, and a Terminator.
Lance Hendrickson also was killed by a Predator and a Terminator, but his death in Aliens/Alien3 is complicated by the fact he is an android. He is torn in half by the Alien, but in his final sentient moment, he is switched off by Ripley. Certainly he is damaged badly, but he is semi-functional.
Does he deserve the same recognition as Bill Paxton?
